NEWSFLASH

The King Abdullah International Gardens (KAIG) scheme has finally been approved for construction and activity will pick up on site in the early Spring of 2019. The scheme we originally designed in 2008 will now be developed in full and will open in 2025.

The core element of the project is to be contained within the Crescent Biomes, an interlinked sequence of 'Paleobotanic' gardens that will tell the story of botanical evolution through Time, from the Devonian era 400 million years ago until the present day, coupled with a glimpse into the possible futures we face as climate change begins to influence our planet.
There is real potential for KAIG to become a wonderful new destination for a growing city whilst also serving as a place of learning, science and education
